I ordered a "Freedom" logo hat and the logo was off center by 1/4". I requested a new hat with a corrected logo and they promptly replied that they would send a new hat with a centered logo.
After receiving the new hat it had the exact same problem. I have since requested my money back and offered to return both hats and have not received a reply for weeks now.
I sent them follow up emails and still no reply. I would suggest purchasing from a different vendor seeing as how this company has low quality products and does not correct their deficiencies.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Numerous emails since the order was placed September 2025, they finally acknowledged the emails and sent the product in December 2025.
Patriot Depot did send me the shirt- the description and picture on their site showed a bright white, however they sent me more of a dingy off-white. Where they did the screen print for FREEDOM, you can see the marks/imprint around that giving it even more of an off white color.
Hopefully this will go away once washed. They did resolve the issue but I would not recommend the company due to poor quality of their products, timeliness of their orders and difficulty communicating with them to resolve the issue.
Patriot Depot finally responded to my email, they say they will send the shirt. Once I receive it, I will update!
I just tried to call Patriot Depot from the number provided on Pissed Consumer, the call did not connect/no one answered. Still no resolution.
I cannot get in touch with customer service, I have emailed them 3 times with no response. The number I found is disconnected, and they have not responded to my complaint through this website.

Customer service still has never responded. Very poor business practices.
Ordered 4 t-shirts; 2 actually arrived. But the 2 we really wanted never came.
They only created the UPS label. Customer service is non-existent; I had to file a dispute with our credit card company. I placed my order without checking all customer reviews, something I never do. Had I checked, I would have ordered elsewhere.
The reviews are very similar to mine. Such a waste of time, and I've had to provide my credit card company with additional information on this dispute.

They don’t deliver on customer service, they want you to pay out money to talk to a live person. I’ve turned over to the FBI.
What you can do is send me the hats that I ordered, on 10-22-2025. I cant believe that it has taken this long to receive my hats, Im beginning to wonder if this is a scam. If so Im going to a friend of mine that handles such cases.

The day Charlie Kirk died, I ordered three shirts from three different companies with the intent of wearing one of them to an October rally. Two of the shirts arrived; however, the ones I ordered from Patriot Depot never did.
I contacted their customer service numerous times and was repeatedly told they were short-staffed, yet they kept sending advertisements to my email. I'm going to request a full refund for the two shirts I've paid for. If they refuse to refund my credit card, I'll file a CFPB complaint against them for fraud.
The tracking shows a shipping label was created for my shirts on 9/27/25 (16 days after I ordered them); yet according to UPS, they are still waiting for Patriot Depot to give them the shirts for shipping. It's now 10/5/25.

Placed an order for 4 shirts. Accidentally ordered a Large instead of 4 mediums, that's on me.
I immediately emailed requesting to change the order because there is NO option to change or cancel the order. There is also no telephone number to call for customer service. I received no response. About 2 weeks later I received an email that the shirts had shipped, with the large.
Okay, I will email again and request an exchange, NOT a refund. I have emailed them several times regarding this issue and they will not respond. There is no number to call. I have messaged them on Facebook and on Instagram.
I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. AVOID them and find another company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I contacted my credit card bank and they contacted the company.
It took quite a while to get the refund. I still wouldn’t do business with them because the company changed hands and it looks like they are having a lot of issues. Give them a few months to see if they can get everything resolved and get back on solid ground with their customers before you order from them. Get on every social media platform that touches the company you are having a problem with.
Give lots of details. Be persistent.
If it’s not resolved in a couple of weeks, get back on social media and repeat your complaint. Contact your credit card company because most of them provide the service of contacting the vendor for you.
It is well past that date and I have emailed them five times with absolutely no response. They have taken the money from my credit card.
I have filed a complaint with the Georgia consumer affairs office at https://consumer.georgia.gov/resolve-your-dispute/how-do-i-file-complaint/consumer-complaint-form#no-back and my credit card company is going to contact them to try to settle the issue.
A few weeks ago, they sent a note with one of their advertisements that they were now under new ownership.
New ownership same as the old ownership evidently. Nothing is worse for a company than to IGNORE customer inquiries.

Don't buy any products, is a scam business review previous email from buyer and there do the same thing not sending there product, but charge there credit cart.Also every one should fill a complaint with ag in georgia is free to fill .complain, maby there will go after theme.
Order 3 t-shirts on June 19, 2025. My credit card showed 68 dollars and change was taken.
Received only 1 t-shirt. I sent them a multitude of emails and got no response. Finally, an email came saying a label was created and canceled.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After various emails they finally sent the product almost 2 months late. They also included a discount card but I’m not sure if I’ll order anything else from them.
My order has finally been delivered. 6+ weeks after order placement but at least it was finally delivered. I would have been a little more patient had they at least communicated to me the hold up.
I placed an order pd707766 on 3/29 and have yet to receive it. I wonder if I can get tracking and confirmation that it was shipped as my credit card was billed. I guess I will have to get my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Despite the delay in shipping, their shirts were the finest quality we've received to date. We ended up ordering from another company when their shirts didn't arrive.
We also ordered from two other companies since we'll be in Texas for a week after the Charlie Kirk rally. Their t-shirts arrived securely packaged and the best printing of any of the others. We'll be wearing them to the rally.
